4. How can I track my order?

5、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?

When the product is hand-made in Tibet or Nepal and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.

Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from Tibet or Nepal to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at duchg.yq@gmail.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When I was a child, I always loved to read mythological stories and the experiences of the Buddha, and that was the beginning of my awareness of the power of nature as well as cause and effect.They had the power of the sky, the power of the sun and the moon to change our world with the power of nature, and karma shapes our lives. Their reverence and faith in nature touched me deeply.So the adventure began.

I searched for famous mountains and rivers, experienced different lives, met all kinds of people, and felt different powers,. Finally, like Prince Siddhartha, I studied the energies of nature and faith under an old man who gave me a name that encompassed nature, faith and myth - Myth. When I sat quietly under a tree, I found myself in a state of immense peace, I entered into meditation and felt my mind connecting people, nature and the universe, and through the tree, it was as if I saw the cycle of life and growth. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. We also thank you for your support of nature and the world! We appreciate your participation in this path of good karma.
